Devil's Head Resort was constructed in 1970. The original resort consisted of a 92-room hotel, four chairlifts, a rope tow, ten runs, and a variety of bars and restaurants. 1970/71 was the first Devil's Head ski season. The Devil's Head Golf Resort was opened in the Spring of 1971 which was the premier of “original eighteen".

Through the years, extensive improvements have been made: six additional chairlifts, numerous runs, a conference center, an additional 18-hole golf course, another 138 hotel rooms, more suites and condos.
Devil's Head Resort provides an impressive all-season Wisconsin mountain venue for meetings, conferences, and banquets.
