The Gatlinburg Convention Center, featuring the modern and spacious W.L. Mills Conference Center, can accommodate any number of attendees from small groups of 10 up to 6,000. Gatlinburg Convention Center clients are pleased with the modifications made to W.L. Mills Auditorium. Gleaming chandeliers hang from the ceiling and hardwood floors have been replaced by plush carpeting. Major acoustical enhancements were made to the Auditorium. Every mountain stone placed on the new building is preserved from the original 1955 structure. Although many changes were made to the building, it still gleams with mountainesque charm.
The Gatlinburg Convention Center, which is accessible by the renowned Gatlinburg trolley system, is located right in the middle of Gatlinburg’s bustling downtown district. Step out the front entrance, and find yourself amidst hundreds of shops, restaurants and attractions. Explore the 1.3 million gallon Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies, ride the country's largest aerial tram to the top of Tennessee’s only ski resort, Ober Gatlinburg, or shop at over 400 unique shops, galleries and boutiques.
