Entering the new millennium, The Media Services Group had, in one place, the major components needed by publishers and exhibition management companies to manage all streams of revenue within their organizations: advertising billing, circulation fulfillment, book fulfillment exhibition and conference management. We have continued to focus on evolving our products, building a broad base of software and services to provide added value for our customers. Development efforts have included enhanced functionality, provided by our e-commerce, Production Workflow and nearly 2 dozen other modules. Hand-in-hand with product growth has been the growth of our support and services areas so we can now provide comprehensive installation and implementation services as well as ongoing consulting and analysis services for our customers. Although we certainly have competition for our products, there is still no one source, other than the Media Services Group, that can offer such a comprehensive package of integrated products and services for publishers and exhibition management companies. So our mission statement, formed in 1985, is still valid and it still drives our company to: '...help publishers run more competitive and profitable businesses.' |
