Park City Utah CVB Park City is North America's most accessible mountain meeting destination. Once guests arrive at the Salt Lake City International Airport, they are only a 35-minute ride away from Park City. The resort town has over 25 meeting and convention properties with over 3,000 committable rooms and over 125,000 square feet of flexible meeting space. Home to four year round resorts, there is an additional 50,000 square feet of resort meeting space during non-ski season.

Transportation to Park City is effortless. Salt Lake City International Airport is Delta’s second largest hub with over 900 daily flights and more than 50 cities are serviced directly. There are over 150 flights arriving before noon, so guests can board a flight in the morning and by the afternoon enjoy a round of golf, a few runs on the slopes or attend a mid-day social.

Once groups arrive, the ease of transportation continues. There are plenty of transportation companies available to chauffeur your attendees, as well as a complimentary public transportation system that runs to: Historic Main Street, Kimball Junction, North of Main, Quarrey Village, The Canyons Resort, Deer Valley Resort, Park City Resort or Utah Olympic Park.

Activities to choose from are endless year round. In the warmer months, Park City Mountain Resort, Deer Valley Mountain Resort and the Canyons Resort offer lift serviced mountain biking and trail hiking. Park City Mountain Resort has the Alpine Slide and Alpine Coaster where attendees will weave down the mountain side or groups can take a guided horseback tour. Deer Valley Resort is host to outdoor amphitheater performances featuring the Deer Valley Music Festival, Fidelity Investments Park City Festival, Big Stars Bright Nights Series, Free Local Concerts and many more. The Canyons offers 18-hole disc golf, free Saturday Concert Series, as well as scenic gondola rides to 8,000 feet where groups can dine at the Red Pine Café. Utah Olympic Park has summer and winter bobsled rides where groups can race down the track and experience 4 Gs of force. Visit the QuickSilver, the first stainless steel alpine slide in North America or strap into the Xtreme Zipline to experience a 435-foot vertical drop. There are also Freestyle exhibitions every Saturday (June – August). Other popular activities include white water rafting, hot air balloon rides and golf.

During the ski season, our three year round ski resorts continue to offer group attendees a memorable experience. Park City Mountain Resort is conveniently located near Historic Main Street, so after the ski day, restaurants, shops and galleries are just steps away. Deer Valley Resort, voted #1 ski resort in North America by readers of SKI Magazine offers groups a private ski hour from 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. The Canyons Resort is one of North America’s largest ski and snowboarding resorts and offers over 3,700 acres or untracked trails.
