Ottawa Tourism is a destination marketing organization mandated to promote Ottawa and Canada’s Capital Region to tourists, group tours and conventions. Founded in 1971, Ottawa Tourism is a not-for-profit, membership-based organization, with 400 members representing accommodations, attractions, restaurants, outdoor experiences, festivals and entertainment. Our role is to promote the destination, increase visitation, develop the industry and enhance the industry’s economic impact. Ottawa Tourism is active in developing marketing, communications and promotional programs aimed at individual visitors, the convention market, business and incentive travel, and the group tour market. |
