Seating Chart

A diagram that outlines how a room is to be set-up for a meeting or an event. Seating Charts can simply show the position of the tables in a room, the number of chairs to be placed at each table, and the position of each chair or they may even specify who is to be seated where. Most venues offer numerous seating arrangements such as classroom, theater, boardroom, crescent rounds, banquet and reception.
